The cold berries makes the chocolate thick and almost harden. So good I could live on this ;) I eat this at least once a week when my chocolate craving becomes to strong ;)
Home made chocolate recipe - very low in sugar:
1 bar of 87-88 % cacao chocolate
1 big spoon of coconut oil
1 table spoon of melted butter
6-7 drops of stevia or 1 table spoon of erythritol
Melt everything on low temperature and stir together.
Enough chocolate for 2-3 servings.
Easy to make dessert and treat - loaded with antioxidants.
