Health and slimming with low carb

Time to take action!

It is with horror and dread I make this post! Some images burn in my eyes! But this is primarily intended as motivation for others who are struggling with the same as I struggled with - obesity ... (And yes .. am proud of my sucsess)
I must say that I didn`t become that big (my largest 100 kg), by eating enormous amounts of candy, I have never eaten that much sweets, at least not in week days, I a lot of what the authorities suggest, much wholemeal bread, potatoes, rice, coarse paste, (yes, potato chips and some candy on Saturdays, but not in large quantities). I did not eat the enormous amounts that you may "imagine". But carbs made me constantly "craving" - I nibbled carbohydrate rich foods in between.

I am carb sensitive, there is a word most people that are overweight should learn, my insulin becomes overactive of foods that stimulate it; that is: fruit, flour, sugar, potatoes, etc. In addition: I have a stomach that is terrible of too much carbohydrate.
I've tried most "slimming methods" out there, and low-calorie "theory" does little in length, may give some effect there and then (because much of the salads, chicken, diet food typically consists of the low-carb)
It is not possible to starve yourself thin (unless you have anorexia), or just work out to become slim! There are hormones that control what you weigh, and the hormone insulin plays the biggest role, with high insulin, it is almost impossible to get leaner! Insulin is a fat storage hormone.
For 1.5 years ago I became aware of low carb, but was not completely immersed in it, but cut out most of breads ... there have been back and farward from time to time, while I gradually increased the amount of exercise. There was a gradual change, but not huge.
A few months ago I got into "slavish low carb" with skin and hair, I have lived it .. and already I see the huge difference! This in only two months folks! I have trained quite a bit, to get muscles to tighten up! But I have also done the same before without the same good results ...

Low-carb has improved my health more than just weight:

Gastritis (IBS) is gone
Sleeping less - and better
Less pain in my shoulders and joints
It can be more benefits later, as I said just been completely strickt to it for about 2 months time.

Low-carb lifestyle is one I intend to keep the rest of your life! I'm still not finished with my "journey" - and will down to normal weight BMI, a bit again .. It is quite achievable! ;)
